In 1977, Jean-Luc Bertrand creates a cottage industry of stone carving in ST-PIERRE LAFEUILLE, near Cahors. Passionate about design, architecture and old buildings, so he works primarily for the restoration of houses and some castles Quercy region.By 1993, after several years of collaboration with her brother Joel, together they set up the company OCCITANIE PIERRES who thereupon have an industrial vocation with the opening of quarries and Borrèze Auberoche in Perigord and the operation of workshops and sawmill in Saint-Henri on the town of Cahors.
